Membership. To comply with applicable securities laws, all angel investor members in Polonia Angels must be “accredited investors”. Our angel investor members share our vision to invest in businesses and startups that are founded by or owned by Polish entrepreneurs or entrepreneurs of Polish descent.

Requirements of Members. Angel investor members have minimal commitments:
No minimum investment required, although typically members invest at least $25,000 annually
Annual membership fee of $250, to defray costs of administration of the group
